Thread: Need Help With Heiken i Programming

  1. #1
    Hello,

    I want to write my Heiken i attentive, I wish to know when the Heiken i's pub change color on all of the time frames at the same time.

    But first off I'm struggling to Compute the Heiken i Values. Here is the formula:

    Description: Heikin i charts calculate their open (HAO), high (HAH), non (HAL), and close (HAC), utilizing the actual open (O), high (H), low (L), and close (C), of that time frame (e.g. the open, high, low, and close, of every five minues).
    Calculation:
    HAO = (HAO-1 HAC-1) / two
    HAC = (O H L C) / 4
    HAH = Maximum(H, HAO, HAC)
    HAL = Nasty(L, HAO, HAC)

    Now, the problem is the next. To calculate the HAO the HAO is needed by you. The HAO is calculated by the the prior previous HAO is needed by you. What's the HAO worth?

    I'm not sure if I understand this properly please help me out.

    Thanks!

    Does such an indior exist? Would really appreciate it if you can discuss it with me!

    I found an indior but it just alerts one time, I need to alert several time frames.

    I think that this one alarms on a single time period just at a time.

    Everything you want is a MTF HAS colour bar at the base of the chart, I'll attach either, they are not mine but loed with this forum.

    Perhaps it's possible to adapt them to suit you.

    Thank you guys but I got it.

    I utilized the first value as the original value, but began the calculations about 20 bars away, that way the mistake was at a minimum
