I have been introduced to some other system by the man who made the one I have been using for the previous two decades, but I need to get my mind around it. It is awesome (he calls it OMG) but am in the trial period with it.

I am also on the trial or demo version of OMG and it seems that the system is not poor at all it just has to be practice, practice and practice and the end result will be viewed after a couple weeks.

It's been some time since I've traded and after having a break and also a think about my style that I have modified it slightly. I am now working off the 3min, 5min, 15min, 1hr and 4hr charts simultaneously. I've omitted the 1min and am looking for RSI about the 3 and 5min to be at the extremes for entry. I am also limiting myself to two trades per night in order to only exchange what I think are the best, high probability trades. I also exchange news if price is trending and so relatively predictable.

I've built up my confidence that this week (and also my trading account!) Will be seeking to remain in good trades they occur.

Friday 3rd October

A few trades last night. My first one was dreadful, not in the zone by a long shot. I (again) was predicting exactly what the price would do based on a session weekly, also entered onto a top. I went after this for a walk and came back with a greater focus.
Trade two was really fruing for me personally, I was quite annoyed with myself. I was so eager to have a favorable commerce I exited too early. In hindsight I would have exited at 08:51 on 3min or 09:15 on 15min. I was still reeling from commerce one though.
