Speaking from Royal Holloway University, London; Andrew Sentance claims the UK economy is out of recession Throughout the July and September quarter. As we all know the figures published 2/3 weeks ago around provisional and are subject to change. A positive figure indies the ending of recession. But this doesn't imply unemployment, low interest rates, falling house prices and low mortgage approvals are still an issue.

A coordinated global recovery could induce up commodity prices, prompting a #8220;pound #8221; in inflation.

Just two weeks ago MPC Member Posen said the problem of inflation was no more in doubt as Quantitative Easing had proven to curtail the risk of excessively high inflation rates.

Tomorrow the UK CPI and RPI figures will show whether the UK Inflation rate remains within its 2% target.
