Ok the cfd place went bad and my initial 70$ moved to -111something or $
margin call
now... iam not dependable for your loss right? Are they allowed to block the money from my next IB account with them? I suppose so. . Do I have rights?

The majority of the MT4 brokers, especially MT4 CFD brokers, are market makers, so they will only edit your account balance through the MT4 server admin.

You don't owe them any money.
