Is there a way to acquire some kind of feed to get useful real-time information in the News tab in MT4?
Something like the hottest values of significant economic indiors (such as those in the Calendar page in forexintuitive)
or summary of the speech of ECB/Fed chairman in real time, line by line
Can there be such support?

Try registering at netdania.com and using their netstation platform. It includes a free news feed with numerous resources and has pretty much all of the newest information (economic release numbers are available in an instant or so of being released, different things different trading organizations are performing, summaries of FOMC reports when they are released, etc.)
Not sure about really getting a feed in your MT4 itself, however you are able to detach netdania's news feed window and place it anywhere you want in your monitors.
