Strange problem with MT4 self-scrolling

Hello,
I am experiencing very annoying problem when looking at my charts:
whenever I have scrolled the chart several pages into the left and I have triggered the crosshair and that I hold my mouse pointer (the mouse buttons are not pressed ) somewhere on the chart for 10-15 minutes without moving it, the chart scrolls itself many pubs on the left without any reason.
This is very annoying because in the given time I am looking in the amounts on the information window, and as soon as the chart self-scrolls - my mouse pointer gets positioned on another bar and I loose the bar along with the data which I was studying https://forexintuitive.com/attachments/1527521750.png
Of course the auto-scroll option is deactivated, so it is not the problem.
Do you know what can cause this problem?

First thought was maybe some fictitious input from a keyboard or mouse. A button corrupted driver, things of that character. Start exploring your mouse and keyboard for buttons that are sticking. Make sure that you have your drivers useful for your input apparatus and if everything else fails, consider removing then reinstalling your input devices and their drivers.

Another thought would be if you've got wireless input devices you might be getting some interference from the other wireless device in the area.
