Have a look at Optiontrade if I remember they offer trading with as low as 10 $ deposit.
Although I'm not fan of Binary Options trading as the odds there's too much against you. Better to try traditional Currency Market trading

Yes minute deposits not issue but my system is martingale and require high balance

Not a fantastic idea. . You will lose buckets of cash.
Martingale takes you double your previous bet with each losing wager. .
If you wrongly forecast 6 stakes, assuming you started with $1. Your 7th bet needs to be 64. (total lost so far $63. ) Before 7th bet.
This takes a return of $127.
Though you may win the 7th bet you're not likely to return your losses unless the return is at even money, then you will be facing $1.
High risk for min. return.
Unless you can select a winner over half the time.

Virtually every google search on Martingale will demone that it may easily blew up the accounts within no time, so I suppose we must cautious about it. It may be good for short term but not so good for terms.
