MTF Price above/below MA monitor

Hi,

I want to have an indior at Which it'll display Unique timeframes and at Which the price is (above or below) indior:

Example

MA 1hr 4hr daily Weekly
EMA 20 UP ARROW(Picture ) UP ARROW DOWN DOWN
SMA 50 UP UP UP UP
EMA 200 UP UP UP UP

I Need to have arrows(Red and Blue) instead of text

Does anybody have this indior Accessible? I searched it and couldnt find it

Do you have any clue how they created this thing....it does not always alter the arrow when it breaks an ma but it seems to be coorect at the direction price is shing. I wonder if candle must shut over the ma then a new candle open above it beofre that the ma arrow varies.
