I just had some Shower tought . .

Lets assume I have an Trade Account in AUD and Brief AUD/USD . . Would that produce a zero commerce ?
i mean plain technically ?

Hi x8,

No, it would not create the zero commerce. You would be having a short position in AUD/USD for which profit and loss would be computed in AUD. I agree with yg10, that there is only one chance that could make it zero commerce if you're using complete margin with 1X leverage and then transfer your profit and loss in to AUD.

Same opinion! It wouldn't be the zero trade until you are employing the complete margin!

Only if leverage is 1:1 and you also transfer your gain into USD.

What happens if a person has an account in USD and goes short USD/JPY or lengthy EUR/USD?
