Connection problems with FXVV

This morning I FTP'd my account into myfxbooks, had an update to my powertradecopier raising # of customers to manage. I manage customers with different and same brokers. My platform and copier are really on a functional VPS in Europe. I have platforms on hand in North America on computers.

I shut a trade, leaving open a vulnerable trade in the contrary direction. As price reversed, I tried an entry order.

The order didn't take and the notifiion was that my account had been disabled.

I emailed support and clarified difficulty. As mails were being exchanged about service I tried entry orders.

The orders displayed being approved, however, they time out. At times the order lets me cancel, others it hangs when I select cancel and I have to restart MT4.

There are multiple servers accessible on several continents, however my account simply connects with all the European servers. That is true for its platforms on VPS in Europe and North American computers in front of me.

More mails have been exchanged with support saying that they and liquidity provider have no issues, and that it is my platform and account they are looking at to discover problems.

The tradecopier accounts with different brokers are operational.

What problem could there be, nor are they awaiting an account-blowing price reversal?
