Saving Templates with MT4?

How can you save templates in MT4?
The difficulty I'm having is I load them in the program documents templates folder. Everything is fine until I would like to eliminate them.

The eliminate template function does not work so I will visit objects list and delete. The issue is that it deletes it completely and I want to reload manually into the folder every time!!

Is there a way to save it so I can reuse and switch templates at will?

Open a chart, save template. Whenever you want to remove a template switch for this empty template.
