Indiors and Template

- Supdem_ii (supply and demand index)
- Chaos Semafor (3 levels of highs and lows with 1 and 2 eliminated through template configurations).
- Round amounts (for showing around numbers...)
- P4l Candletime (candle close time around the graph timeframe).
- ClickMax (double click graph to maximise and minimise).
- Hotkeys Slim (numbers 1 - 9 to rapid change the time)

I also use a third party windows appliion for mapping various keyboard hotkeys to several MT4 shortcuts, just for convenience.
