Is anyone here an institutional trader?

Is anyone on this forum an institutional trader? In that case, what are the principal differences between institutional trading and retail trading? Do you have information that provides the best hand to you or certain tools? Otherwise, what's it means that you men always have the advantage?

Moreover, do you advoe it as a career option? I've loved learning to exchange as a hobbyist, but I can not imagine choosing it as a profession.
