Need Indicator for Other time frames then MT4

As an example I would like to get RSI to get 45 or 2Min . .
Someone can code it pls?

No need to code anything. Simply use the Period converter indior (the Pips4Life variant is the ideal one) to produce a artificial chart, then apply some MT4 indiors you want to the new chart.
