Indicator that measures relative strength

I am searching for an indior that measures and plots the relative strength of 1) all of major currencies against one another, and 2) a comparable indior that measures and plots all JPY cross currencies from each other. I think 1) already exists, but can not find it, and I don't think two) has been composed yet.
Suggestions are welcome. . Thanks Beforehand.
