Thread: Cross 3 EMAs in 5-minute chart

If someone really wants to master this system, they have to stop looking for shortcuts. Ive seen a lot of basic questions that are explained in the first post. Read, practice and stop looking for the holy grail in an EMA. Theres no magic here, just discipline and common sense. Im not saying this to sound hard, but if you cant follow a system as simple as this, the problem isnt in the system. Its in the way you face the market. Its not the setup, its you. It improves you first, and everything else will fit.

Today I operated with the system at the London session and I must say that the confluence between the EMAs and the price action was impeccable. Clear entry, simple risk management, and perfect exit with 48 pipes in your pocket. What really convinces me of this method is how it simplifies the noise of the market. If you are attentive to the structure and respect the rules, it is very difficult for you to make mistakes. But of course, that implies patience, and not everyone has.

I don't understand why some people make this system so complicated with oscillators and extra things. Why put more noise into something that already works clean? Adding more indicators doesn't make you better trader, just more confused. If your operation depends on twenty signals to get in, you probably don't trust what you're doing. I prefer to have a clear structure and respect it, rather than over-analyzing until you miss the opportunity.

For those who ask if it can be used in H1, the answer is yes, but adjusting the EMAs to reflect the structure correctly. Its not the same thing to operate microtrends as swings, you have to understand that. And please, if you dont understand how to calculate the equivalence of EMAs between time frames, I recommend you review the basics before launching to operate live. There is no shame in studying the fundamentals again.

Today I made three entries with the system: two winners and a loser. But the key is not how much you win or lose, but how you react after a loss. I kept quiet, followed the plan and ended up in positive. For new ones, thats the real challenge: emotional management. The system gives you signals, but youre the one who decides whether to obey them or sabotage them. Train your mind as much as you study your graphics.

One recommendation I can give after using this method for several weeks is to have visual alerts in the crossing areas. Not to be dependent on them, but to help you not lose opportunities while analyzing other things. It is also useful to have a diary with captures of your operations. Viewing your errors in images is much more didactic than just remembering them. Repeat what works, and correct what doesn't. That's how you progress.

Today I was about to break a rule for anxiety. I saw a half-way sign and threw myself. Result: -27 pipes. I accept it, it was my fault. The system did not fail, it was I who betrayed his own judgment. The lesson? Do not operate if you are not 100%. If you are in a hurry, tired or frustrated, you better not operate. This game is mental, and every click you give with your head out of place costs money.

Many say simple systems do not work. Of course, because they expect complex results with basic rules. The market does not reward complexity, rewards consistency. This method is perfect for developing that consistency. It teaches you to read structure, filter inputs, and keep you within the plan. But like everything else, it takes time and repetition.

I have noticed that the best trades come when the three EMA frames are strongly aligned. If you see that pattern and a clear confirmation candle, it comes in without fear. Doubt is what kills more accounts than stopovers. If you expect perfection at every sign, you will stay watching while the price gives you the right without you on the trade.

Today I operated the pound and it was a perfect example of what this system teaches. The EMAs cascading, clear entry candle, respected SL, and TP achieved fluently. Nothing forced, all natural. When you understand the logic behind the method, you stop depending on whether it works or not. You make it work, running each part well. There are no magic formulas, only disciplined execution.
