Here we can post screenshots of trades which didn't work out. Perhaps we can produce filters...

I also like to see a bullish/bearish candlestick, based on supply/demand. In this case, I want to see a candlestick that started greater relative to the near (filled)

I assume a tell tale sign of whether or not a sign is a solid one: lower in another candlestick, along with a stuffed candlestick.

On the other hand the bar after the breakout bar could close 100 pips under the previous bar close and if you waited you would have missed it.

Sorry my error, missunderstood the answer.

In this case you could use it like a filter.

I thought you input right when the bar opens and don't wait you will have lost profits. This was my undrstanding anyways.

    Hello Horace Kent,

Great thread you started , as I believe we will need to start looking for extra filters (preferably based on price - not lagging indiors).

The filter you say is a great filter combined with Mouteki, in my view. This isn't the only time that it would have kept us out of a false fracture. When it's not actually a false break, then we could always re-enter on the next TL break.

You are right MNFX, that is the first Mouteki system. Here, we are trying to find appropriate filters to cut out bad trades and lower the losses, that is all.

I know and I'm on board to loing proper filters. I would prefer to know and discover out what the filters of Mouteki would be. With that said, it's my belief that we as traders sometimes must be made to find our own egy or tweak another method (Mouteki platform ) for this to fully utilized by are particular trading styles.

AnywaysI look forward to finding filters out there bearing in mind that price action is the core.
