Thread: Strategy regarding ESMA

    Hello guys,

I need some advices / viewpoints in my situation regarding future ESMA regulation.

I've a really good performing egy that I am using in live since 2016. It works well, but merely on BO. The main reason is really straightforward: that egy have a higher probability (on brief term) positive return with an extremely low expected return in pips. That means BO benefit from opportunities while conventional forex is eatten by spread. I tried to use on fx and that collapsed.

Regarding ESMA (for wich I am concerned), I will soon not have the ability to exchange BO anymore.
I fill just 1 of 3 criterias (professional expertise) of ESMA for pro egorization.

Therefore my solutions for keep trading this egy would be :
-Make quantity for quantity (yes, absurd) on fx to fulfill another ESMA criteria and become pro next year. But I must wait 1 year for another law keeping me.
-Loe some cash to fill the 500k criteria (seems difficult )
-To proceed on a different country not concerned by ESMA, however I lost my job, and also regulation could change anywhere, and also egy could die etc., risky
-Selling that egy to folks who can actually trade it, but risking to kill it and earn much less money. And I will not trading...

(Nadex is not a solution because of insufficient assets and also slow plateform ; offshore scamming brokers neither).

What are you ideas about this?

Are you serious? It is written in bold letters in the headline:

ESMA AGREES TO PROHIBIT BINARY OPTIONS

So unless you are a professional trader, you will not have the ability to exchange them.
