    It remains GoMarkets, maybe, but with really low limits... Definively not a solution.

    I am in a really similar scenario as OP: profitable BO egy on low time frame, but with low expected yield in pips, not able to convert to forex (disperse).

    Currently I'm with two brokers. One is CySEC regulated. Other is Australian ASIC regulated.

    CySEC I think will follow suit whatever ESMA states.
    So my hope is on Australian regulated broker.

    Will the Aussies still accept me, as EU client, after the Actuality?

    Yes that would solve the problem IF you can comply with crieria !!!! You have to comply with among the 3 issues. You may of course lie but might they assess that?????

    Certainly there has to be a way round this (for those of us without $500,000 in the bank ) ????
