I find no reason why u open two cases unless u r arbitraging which brokers hates

if u r going to give ur login information to someone else to exchange this could cause issues on broker side if broker know kindly situation. Its not allowed to login from different nations to account. Eg... ur house in Germany n someone from UK trading ur account. How can broker know? From IP of course. Do they assess it 100% probably not but if this is case I advise u to ask your broker before performing something that may cause account bloc

Yes I have it open in the Exact Same time on laptop and on desktop

Yes, with multiple device. I.e laptop, desktop, mac, linux, android telephone, iphone etc..

There are lots of reasons. You could run one case per interval e.g.. You might also divide pairs into multiple cases if you do not utilize any attach/detach tool. There are lots of reasons to run a number of cases that don't have anything to do with arbitrage but instead with a more convenient means of trading.

that I believe that you can easily do it by copying the MT4 data folder and open a new case in it. You can join in the exact same account with different devices.

Is dependent on what you want to do. They can easily track two different logins (using two separate PC such as with MT4 installed each), different IPs will create much bigger issues with their security filters. Better to be aware of what your broker believes about that.
