Frequently winner figures that was 5% and the 95% losers is thrown out to the retail trading community. Rather than debating about why and how etc. . This thread is a call to all Successful traders in forum, to share their doctrine and learnings and systems if they want to share. .

Just for the sake of thread, let us define success as being in profit ( could be 1 percent also) internet after atleast two years of Trading. Just traders have we obtained in forum. .

I'm not in that egory. . So the quest continues...

Consider everything you said this applies to some company, its not always making a profit every second. But in the end of the month that the losses that are small aren't as big as the profit. A run company will earn money. Trading will make money, if you lose 50% of your account at a month then you aren't trading. Sure you can exchange for 6 weeks utilizing no stop drop and because the market is that you always can get out with a profit. To no company takes risks that big. If you do it then you may get away with it it will wipe you out one day. As bull markets can last 10 decades provided that you purchased the SP500 and maintained you would be fine. Even with no stop. When a wreck comes you'll get wiped out. So in effect until a trader has been via a bull and a bear market, it all might have been down to chance.

Indeed. I like to add that many run companies would be pleased to have a profit. Many (particularly those in construction/engineers) live of two to 4 large (and longer running) contracts each year. In company just as in trading the question of fiscal consistency or merely frequent profits is a matter of time period and frequency. No individual with basic math abilities would expect a monthly profit if an normal trade/contract runs longer than that unless you have dozens or hundreds running at the same time having a few to close every couple of days or months (selling beer is therefore probably much simpler than selling land reclamation projects to the Emirates or Monaco). From conducting a contract/trade, money comes not. And that explains why I advoe short term trading over long term.

Many companies, if we are honest, only last longer because of less (or even no) accessibility to leverage and also a much slower market. It is not the smarter thing it can be harder to go bankrupt with a bang. Reasons for failure are indeed quite similar.
