I'm sure everyone has heard never dont exchange 2x and average down your trade but a lot of systems are coming out that use these cash management tactics.

The two most noteworthy are Firebird (averaging down) and Hedgehog (martingale). They are typical to less then typical IMHO, if you examine these systems with out the cash management component. The cash management systems make them triumph in the long run, although the yield then 33% wins.

It appears that this would give credit to these 2 money management techniques. Can if you added these to some viable commerce system (60% winrate), do this actually work?

From testing the systems I find they work well until something goes completely wrong and takes out 1/2 your account. But if you make more then you lose are you?
