I was wondering if anybody could suggest the ideal vehicle for going it alone as soon as you are earning money. I'm leaning towards an L.L.C. but need more info. Like if I name my self as an investment L.L.C. or even Crop. Will I be controlled regarding what I could do by Uncle Sam? If anybody could point me in the Ideal direction or has any answers

    Anyway, it works like this.

    1. Set up the foundation. (Get attorneys to file the ideal forms with all the gummint.)
    2. All funds that you deposit in the foundation are gifts.
    3. The foundation is not taxed. The money grows tax free indefinitely.
    4. The foundation cannot be sued.
    5. You control the money, and will pretty much do anything with it anyhow contribute to politics (I'm certain that breaks your heart).
    6. Also is no more on your property, so no death tax.
    7. There are people who specialize so you are able to get licenses, in writing proposals. You might have to change your assignment statement a bit. Yeah, they will throw another few hundred litres there from time to time.

When I get a couple mil in there, I think it would benefit society to have a huge game preserve, with a pleasant lodge on it for the caretaker (me) to reside in, vehicles provided, of course, along with the caretaker would likewise be paid a few hundred bucks a week stipend to cover misc. Expenses not otherwise paid for by the foundation. The mandatory household meetings could be held on a cruise boat, or in the Bahamas, whatever. The deer herd management would be up to me of course. And, I could invite the scouts to camp outside, that'd be a charitable activity.

Get the idea? Look right into it.
Sounds great I am not certain about the legal aspects although I really do belive they are governed by state so I would have to check to determine that it could be completed in Nevada.

I thought I had saved info on the ensemble that created the demonions on foundations, but can't seem to loe it right now.

I am sure it was administered on a national level.

Also, these guys seem good with Nevada corporations and asset protection in general:

I think 15 percent is just for long term capital gains (gt; 6 months?) , don't quote me on it. I'm not going to take some opportunity.

Should you trade shorter term, the gains are taxed as regular income.
