Thread: Where to file complaints and/or claims against brokers?

You can try googling the forex peace army . They've a listing of brokers showing trader sentiment of each . You can at least see where yours is and determine if other traders have had exactly the very same problems. This may also be a way to find out who's getting good ratings.

Hi Lou, yeah, I have went through that webpage, it is loaded with tonnes of poor comments with fxcm, I thought about oanda, but it seems to get exactly the exact same problem, platform stinks, stop hunt, huge slips etc..

Anyway I am not too stressed right now, I have made the move to trade on a longer time period anyway, less noise, less volatility, less chance for broker to rob me, less cash opportunities for me personally, but minus the robbing of the broker, the cash should end up being almost the same, but minus the tension and anger. .

My friend is an excellent thing to do. Ever since I transferred to trading daily charts, I no longer worry about intraday transactions for 20 pips started onto a prayer.
There's more cash in swing anyway.

But I must say today's the very stress free day I had for decades of trading, not making big money yet, but no crazy swings, not as much signs, didn't need to think as quick, can take things gradually, no silly mistakes, but it's itching to not close my position if it's 70-80pips in profit, I have to hold them out before the moderate tendency dies off rather...

My calculations when trading short term, will actually earn more cash, but include in the arbitrary error you make trading short term, and the broker BS that you get, it is not worth your time and stress, if anyone still trading short term, I highly recommend making the transfer, you'll live longer. . haha. .

Of course you get the impression. That is because folks do not know how to exchange and blame it on the broker. Can you write a review in case you're doing OK with your broker? Guess not. Let us complain!

Yeah I understand, that is why it's so tough to make a shift to a different broker, I thought about Oanda, however it's got the exact same opinions, but I can tell you with my experience, there is lots of freezes, and slippages BSsss with my broker, also that I noticed if you place additional transactions, it tends to lock your platform, perhaps it's their particular protection against people scalping, but I am moving to long term hopefully the platform will become more stable as I place less trades, however they obviously warrants the bad remarks for the bad service they supply!

So all complaints are unfounded and all is well in happy fx world?

I am new to Forex and 24options(in Cyprus) account manager stalked me to spend more and take 100% risk. He didn't allow me to close the trade on margin call. He pretended to be an authority in forex. But experts don't advise to take 100% risk. Can I complaint about this? What can I do?
