Wait till the next candle (verifiion candle) has completely formed and is a bear candle. According to your rule above, in the feasible trade we're considering now, when a pub goes pips lower than the confirmation pub the ADX MUST be above 40. The next criteria won't apply because the - and D crossed several hours back.

to not be critical but gbpusd just went through a 200 pip rundown. It averages about 150 daily max. Way too late at the trend. Good luck to you .

What do you mean? I have cut my teeth over there and have walked off a much better trader.

More on topic: I have applied the inside pub technique to the daily timeframe and a very simple overview of the charts for the following trading day yields very pleasant profits on a very simple trend commerce in the direction of the breakout. Take a look for your self and see exactly what I mean.
