Dealers note talk of bids from a quasi-central bank on drops to 1.1870, consistent with previous talk of book diversifiion. Bids are eyed ahead of a service line drawn off the 1.1640 lows from bank from mid-November which comes in at 1.1845 today. Barriers are still eyed at 1.1825 and 1.1800. Offers are up at 1.1885/ /90 and 1.1915/20 near-term. Continued USD buying interest seems to be hampering. EUR/USD transactions at 1.1878. --
