Thread: FXDD Weekend Support Issues

Hello,

I had been checking out FXDD and called their toll free and landline numbers this day, surprised to find the other end was a call center handling their telephone calls. Clearly the operators had no clue which company they were answering.

My question to all those of you who have dealt with them previously; would be their telephone service just good from Sunday to Friday minus the evenings? Even so I would feel that you would get led to somebody inside their company and not a outsourced call answering service. Appreciate anyone who can shed some light on this as I'm likely to start an account with them, but this find is not very encouraging.

24 hour service is only available during the trading week. When you look at the contact page on FXDD's website it will tell you the specific hours service is available. FX Solutions, Interbank FX, MB Trading and a lot of different brokers have a similar policy. Some brokers have 24 hour service. FXCM is the only one I am sure of at the present time.
