On the poster's question, please review the other GST thread. It might make more sense to reassess brokers loed from US, given the current limitations. .

The decent requirement is going to be a problem.

Kiddin... that there are a few excellent ones. Your trading style might make it more easy to narrow down it . And is there any necessity for MT4 or a different platform/tool?

Thank you for the answers - I appreciate that.

Sorry do not have the time to thumb through threads like others have suggested, that's why I made a thread - that I wasn't anticipating GFT to shut the doors - I dropped money in my open trades thanks to them.

I Believe I'm going to go with IBFX. I enjoyed what was said about Oanda but they have problems and I didn't like this. I still might go with them though since they have more funding choices.

I heard there are offshore choices but I don't understand anything about these so I'll have to do some research but I do not have time this month - that will in December lol.

I'm still having difficulty establishing an Oanda demo. I have it downloaded but there is no server. IBFX is working.

    MT4?

You don't setup a demo on MT4 itself. You produce an fxTrade account then make an subaccount to utilize with MT4. They do all consumer authentiion on their servers that are fxTrade. The MT4 of Oanda is merely a bridge for trade processing and doesn't do account admin.

EDIT: that is, fxTrade Practice account, for demos.

I had to know the account number of my presentation and password that I had already made up to enroll to the account. You fund the demonion . Then login during the terminal.
I had to call them to figure out this lol.

Fine, currently have oanda and IBFX running both MT4
IBFX mt4 platform is same as GFT. It's trade terminal, miniature terminal click order. That is great. One thing I don't like so much , spreads. 1.8-2.1 pip spread on eur/usd right now.
    oanda 1.1 pip same pair
    GFT and Citifxpro 1.6
