Well FX buffs the chapter in the FXLQ saga ends with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals denying the motion for emergency stay of the supply order. A this will bring to a close our official nightmare with this particular firm. I hope everyone gets their money back in due haste as I have already sent for my money. Hopefully this will never happen to any of us.

I have 100 percent of my funds from my GFT account. I have logged in and touched it. Not sure if I'll leave it there, but I control my money again.

Thanks to ROBB EVANS ASSOCIATES and all others that helped keep us up to date with information.

I obtained that the Robb Evans email too, but what exactly does it mean which are not part of the FX Asia accounts?
I reside in Asia, does this mean that the move to GFT does not apply to me?
    Thanks
Just need to provide a upgrade that my account has been moved to GFT, I requested capital withdrawal last Friday, and today Wed I visit my money into bank account.

I would say GFT customer support is quite excellent.

I wanted to thank Robb Evans for making it possible for us to get back our money but unfortunately they did not leave an email contact.
