Do you have extra info regarding this? Why I can't chose broker regulator in my own as taxpayer of Poland. It make sense for UK citizen, but maybe not for EU citizens.

I'd claim this is simply an adminiive move predied on bureaucratic controls. I spoke to their support and in the end nothing changes in technical conditions. You will also get linked to the same MT4 servers such as before.

I'm trading using Pepperstone for almost two years now I believe. I got the email on Friday morning, I created a new UK account in the day. There were issues about the Edge 10 server yesterday and Friday, but looks okay today.

They had been excellent so much, but if leverage becomes reduced to 50:1, that's gonna be a dealbreaker for me personally too. Otherwise I see no difference up to now at the UK branch, likely it was an adminiive movement regarding the EEA citizens.

I believe my eyes... super low spreads every pair and stable 2-4pips distribute on a lot of pairs with no commission.
Its time to use pepperstone again.

I thought the exact same manner until I realize they just jack up the slippage (far more than rivals' commission spread).

As you can see from the film, the slippage is 17 points!! And that is by no mean a unique case.

NB. The ping from my server into theirs is 1~2 ms.

What will happen if you're made to close all your rankings by given time and they're in loss? If you aren't recover them at the time then position will be closed with loss instead floating drawdown, which is not the same.
Maybe broker must reimburse that loss because was brought on by their choice. What rules and broker regulations say about it?

    Got the mail .
Made the change to Pepperstones uk, it was fast and easy. - I have a Active traders account with them, and my custom spreads continue to be valid.

    No, only more loss occurs.

    They're using Virtual Spread plug-in.

    Please let me elaborate:

Traders get markup Ask price if they enter with buy order and receive markdown Bid price when they depart; as for short-direction, vise versa.

Unfortunately for you, Poland is a part of Europe. So for Brokers to offer services to Polish Citizens they either need a license in Poland, or a license in another EU state and have that passported into Poland:
