Some of those are overkill. I am waiting for my new home to be built and that I already know which room is going to be my workplace. 2, maybe 3 displays all you actually need. Otherwise, you better have some *great* air conditioning in this room!

Double 28 19 Kinda only right for me. Not overkill but only enough to see whats happening for one pair.
P.S. yes, the control is set up for trading.
