Thread: Easy entry system: coloured candles

Here's a nice simple system.

It had been passed on me, I take NO CREDIT for it (well maybe a little). Nore do I know where it originated. However I have added and changed a couple of things.

My normal trading style means that I am often looking at my display awaiting transactions which can take weeks to arrive. So I decided to try something while waiting and determined by this. I have just been demo-ing this for a couple of weeks but it's performed very well. Now I am no fan of lots of indiors yet this is a very simple trend following system.

Open a 15m chart and open 4hr chart (add templates)

Buy Entry: search for long term fad on 4hr chart, be sure we've green candles and green dots
go to 15m search for the arrow to be Green, start looking for the candle to be Green, start looking for the ultra-signal dots to be Green....enter at the Break of that candle....vice versa for sells.

Take profit is left up for you, I look at'trendsqueezer' percent, if it is low it indicates the trend is getting feeble so it could be time for you to exit.
For SL I often place it at the bottom of the signal candle

doesn't repaint, nice and simple.

I have been attempting this on EU at 15m and 4hr. However, there's no reason why it can't be used on other pairs and utilized for scalping or long term trades. Just pick a longer term trend and enter using smaller TF. I think about the original they simply used one TF and entered in all instructions.

I've included an ADR indi (always great to know if we have exceed the typical days pips) and news indi (always important that you know if news is because )


other things to search for....
Trendsqueeze giving a high percentage will help determing power of fashion,
seem to see what's occurred earlier that day on reduced TF, greater TF might be green but has reduced TF been mainly red?
Is Ultra-signal dots trending or flat at a wonderful angle? If flat nevertheless take trade but possibly be quicker to exit.
Remember all transactions are different and must be treated like that

Hey thanks kraven. Nice to find a genuine guy post. Can you explain why the trade failed to the chart where you have said figure out this urself. According to your principles, that should happen to be a valid trade or are missing somehting. cheers. keep up thegood work !

Fx baraka yes it would end up a fantastic trade, but you can view all of the arrows in a little location. Reading an excuse on a chart in a small area would have been messy. In order, out, in, out, in kind of thing.

Dont have a erason to doubt but I want to ask again, are sure none of those indiors repaints.

I do not think so. . .once their painted that is it. Could be wrong but I've put lines on entries and exits, shut MT4 and re-opend to locate it is still the same. Never attempted it on 1min chart and observed.
However in the event that you open up to a 1min chart you will discover quite a few single colored'dots' and candles'. . .normaly when something repaints these solitary anomalies would be re-painted.
