Thank You

At present a few of us enter on the H4, then flip to the D1 and handle the transaction (s) out there. Why do we do so? . Just to evade the H4 exit Conditions, because we must pick one or the other
So using a No Exit Condition makes it possible for us to exit our trades whenever either our Stop Loss, Trailing Stop or Take Profit is struck.
Good for swing traders and of course is just an option.
Take Gold for example; powerful Uptrend.
But some of our two exit states would have seen us in and out of Gold in the midst of a strong uptrend - if we were trading the H4 Timeframe.
I would have preferred the option to rely on my Trailing Stop to take me out of this commerce.
Cheers.

I reckon though, that these are too tight for D1 Trading:-
Did you have any transactions which were stopped out? .

I've looked at this and I am of the view that D1 trading with no Higher Time-frame Filters is the extremely profitable when trading Gold. I also have been looking at OIL likewise (doesn't work for all pairs). Edit: Martingale attribute would have to be Enabled for this without a re-entry.
The Higher Time-frame Filters will negate the swing high/low entries that are all excellent entries for this particular pair.
Great on you
GREEN PIPS NEXT WEEK!!

In my article - just the one that was negative by a couple of EUR. All the rest were positive.Originally Posted by ;

I am rather satisfied with the results so far.
YesI suppose you have a point. I am just too scared to allow a positive commerce turn negative. I guess thats leasons from the past - never ever get greedy - be pleased with small profits. I set the break-even early. I understood that the defaults were intended for gold-trading so I decided to go in quite attentively to find settings that I can use (and hope ) on my actual account.Originally Posted by ;
Up to now these configurations workout for mepersonally, but I might have made more profit with giving the EA more space to breathe. This week I shall switch to version 3.1.1 with the same settings. Then I will decide if I will alter the preferences towards more appropriate values for D1 trading.
