    Either it needs to be backtested for a few years or forward tested a few months.

    I've seen hinges on the historic charts on many pairs which have
    a Risk/Reward of 1: 5 and greater.
    Such good moves with pullbacks to the blue bands but not shutting
    beyond give 2 or 3 additional valid setups where you can increase the
    original position and such moves lead to enormous profits.

    If the ordinary win/loss ratio is...
    FXtr51... I just wanted to say thanks for all the work you've done with this! It's much appreciated.

    My 2 cents.
    Use it for themeselves and sell it too I guess

    Excellent job, FXTR51 and I expect it will provide you (and many others too) the desired results.

    Incidentally (please believe I have no clue at all about coding and also I had not time yet to look at your indi live on the chart) I had another thought regarding the EA:

    You created an excellent indior for the entry candles.

    Would it be possible to generate an EA which just look if the arrow appears and in this case automatically by the open of the next bar it opens into a trade using a lot dimensions calculated considering the distance of the price from the lower(or higher) blue ring of the 3 and making that distance in pips for example 2% of the actual account balance?

    Of course then the closing (also of all previous added trades, if any) according to TS ought to be as soon as a candle closes over the blue ring (down or up, according to TS, you know exactly what I mean)

    In the beginning, to make things not too preoccupied, it could be with no tracking SL (or simply to BE as soon as the profit in pips = SL pips from entrance )

    I'd be interested in your opinion.

    Thanks again a lot for the Indis and that I will attempt to follow along with the forward testing too (as far as my slave job lets )

    Thanks to those who thanked me for the indior and dashboard.

    On first sight the Cobra System looks promising but I know from numerous other good looking trading egies which went into the recycle bin
    following an EA has been coded and backtests were conducted.

    The exact same appears to be the case .
    I coded the Cobra_EA and here is a backtest on EURUSD H1 for 2011
    on Alpari broker.

    The EA has everything that's in the manual.
    1. ADX Filter
    2. MA-bands Filter
    3. Exit on closed candle on different side of blue bands
    4. Move SL each 10 Pips in profit until SL = OpenPrice of trade.
    5. No transactions on Friday

    Please post your backtests on different pairs so we can see whether the results are as bad as on EU.

    FXtr51, thank you ! You've been going a long way in order to simple things to conduct cobra system to all of us!
    But now, may I talk about a couple of things that I've been understanding about this system and may be they'll be great for your EA.

    1) ADX gt;= 22 on the 1st signal candle (the one that opens at the MA buffer and shuts out from it) and ADX on 2nd signal candle gt; ADX on 1st signal candle. (was I clear ? Otherwise, please allow me to know!)

    2) Getting out of the trade: I love to do the next to get from most of my transactions:
    TP1 = dimensions of that's commerce SL
    TP2 = TP1 dimensions of that's commerce SL
    TP3 = TP2 dimensions of that's commerce SL
    etc.. .
    What I do is: When price hits TP1, I alter my SL to BE.
    When price hits TP2, I shift my SL into TP1
    when price hits TP3, I shift my SL into TP2
    and so on, until I get stoped.
    It's a normal means of tralling I guess, just a little differente in the trailling MT4 offers us.
    Additionally, a number of my egies involve closing HALF of the trade when I struck TP1.

    I didn`t try this methods yet on Cobra System, but the may help.

    Confirming my manual backtests and also describing why the initial creator never created the EA and finally shut down the site. Thanks.

    Dear fxtr51, Great work your doing with your EA despite unsatisfactory results.
    Lots of valueable tools being volunteed by associates also. If the EA isn't succeeding, then how are the manual transactions doing.

    I've been trading the Cobra System on the M5 chart for about a week with quite good outcomes. I've been entering on the first close above the 12 ema channel. Could someone adapt the indior to choose the initial break and near the 12ema channel? Thank you in advance.

    This is the entry I'd request the indior signal.

    Rotunda, should the indior still check the orange bands or
    forget about them and only alert every time a bar closes above or below the outer ring of 12 MA?

    Thank you for response. All parameters arrangement, first break and close past the 72 and 12 stations. Thanks
