    My opinion, your statement is true for person who already know how, person who already understand all that needed to perform war, whatever call it. Its simple and easy to lift up 50 kg weight for an athlete that already learn and train, for me personally OMG its hard.

    Your analogy is a little bit off.
    The technique for ling 5 kg is not any different than ling 50 kg.
    You do not start off ling with 50 kg weights, right?

    Once you learn appropriate ling technique, you start out ling lesser weights.
    Then gradually weight is additional.
    As time passes, you get more powerful and can handle more fat.
