Could Bernard Madoff be included in restored to the people description? Or how about Ken Lay? Or even George Soros? I know he was never charged or convicted of anything. England and Thailand thought of it.

Has anybody said the fractional reserve banking system would be to blame. I mean how else can there be 600 Trillion in 2008 derivatives. I'm not paying back that debt with interest.
