2H 49M more than 2 bars on a 4H Chart? I am using candle sticks since began with trading but what time period every bar on a 4H bar chart signifies? Not 4 hours? Sorry if this might be a dumb question but I am quiet new to trading.

You should be aware that the OP Big E passed away in 2012.
And there's absolutely no change to the method how Big E traded.

What I do is just go back to the way he exchanged when he was a newbie back in 2008 and start from there.
He eliminate both yellow lines aka the Price Action Channel PAC but I put them back which I find useful.
The TDI remains the same but is secondary to me. What I want to see is that the price action looking at the price bars.
Searching for engulfing bar pattern is just one of those setups I look for to trade.
