That might be Bill Gates. And he can do it. Get the package and of the tutorials from Microsoft / MSDN. Find out all of 3 languages - VB, C , C#. Then you will be prepared for EAs and MQL.
MQ is easy. start there. Make a EA into open/close orders then expand from there. take it step by step. You'll need a programmer to write the EA you want but it'd be great to look at his code replies.
You will ask how to do something and then observe the exact code. Once you learn the fundamentals required to open and close you are able to use that program with logic for a frame for different versions.
